S14!!!

Thank you for the all the enjoyable times. I think I only had good times at your class. I don't remember a bad moment at all! :)

Your class rocks lah. Seriously.. I forsee that you guys will have an unforgettable 2 years together. :)

I'm very touched by all the effort put into 'sending me off'. Haha. And it doesn't matter whether your class' presents are more expensive than S10's.. Haha. Actually I will treasure the cheapo red board the most coz your handwritten well wishes are inscribed down there. Of course the ball and key chain totally rock too! :)

Chrystal, thank you for all your help and pls continue to help Ms Kuek even better! :)

Continue to work hard for CTs. Most of you going to level up for bio alr (Atiqah, Pearl, Candice, Amanda, Wen Jin etc.)

When Ms Kuek comes pls welcome her with open arms as you did welcome me. Teachers are also human and it can be quite intimidating when you just start. She's a very happy person so I think your class will like her. :)

Call me out for your class outing. Remind me when Rapture, Soccer and Life Con comes. Come for band concert at Esplanade too. I'll be playing with Saints Alumni Band. It's called "One Family, One Flag". :) Want to play soccer or learn guitar call me also. And of course our beloved consultations.

Continuing from Living Life As A S14 Saint #2...

Hey guys!

As you all know.. Mr Lim will be leaving us after this week and tml is his last lesson with us.

I am sure every single one of you have had a wonderful time in his lessons... with all the sweets and chit chatting... Of course we not only benefited from all the sweets, his biology lessons is very enriching and fun too!

I am sure everyone will miss Mr Lim (esp. Eugenia xD)

So, to express our gratitude, other than getting him a souvenir, do you want to have a farewell party during the holis? Lets fix a date to go out tgt as a class to celebrate with him ok? :D

Plz tag at the board for any wishes or gratitude u wanna say to him.

And finally, Hope You Have A Great Time With Us, Mr Lim. And May You Continue To Do Well In Universiy. Best Wishes~!

Living Life As A S14 Saint #2

Sry.. this post will not be on the description of each one of us, we can continue this in the ltr post :D

This #2 will be abt GP! xD Mr Randy has suggested to have a discussion topics abt youth.
And..since GP EXAM! is ON THIS FRIDAY.. i think it would be better if we do this eariler. Mayb wad we discuss will come out during the exams! ahaha. hope so!

i have thought abt wad qns to ask abt youths and decided on this:

"Is there a lack of leisure activities for the youths in your country?"

Let me start the discussion! :D
In felicia's opinion,
Singapore is a small country, thus it has many advantages for all of us as we can easily get about and take advantage of all the facilities provided for us all over the island.
For youths who loves the outdoors, there are many clubs available for us in Singapore. Examples iare the canoeing club(singapore paddle club), adventurer's club(singapore adventurer's club), rock climber's club(singapore national climbing standards) and so on. Since these clubs are non-profit making, the memership fees for these clubs are small, so this isn't an obstacle for the youths to participate. As for those who do not wish to join outdoors, there are many other leisure avenues for them to go. For example, ocassionally, community clubs will organise activities (like carnival @ dance mania in 2006 at bukit panjang community club) for the public (whether you are a member or not) to join.
Also, leisure might not always be about playing, it can also mean to relax in the library with your favourite book. There are libraries located in almost every large estate in singapore which is made conveniently available for you.

Therefore, i conclude that there are adequate facilities in singapore for youths to enjoy in, its just the matter of the youth's preference for leisure and not because there are a lack of leisure facilities.

Here, our S14 life will be EXPOSED! lol. jk!

lets introduce S14, hmm.. what does others say about us?!

Eugene Lim - wah! you all ar! very *cant hear wad he say* (when we force him to carry the GO 23 WENDY EUGENIA board in the soccer finals) hahas. let's inspect him during the SCHOOL NATIONALS premire to see if he really did carry the board xD.
